Guiding Symptoms.     Venous blocking due to mechanical reasons. Rheumatic symptoms exist. Does not vitiate the discharge. It acts upon the muscular string of the blood vessels. Much muscular soreness presents. First medicine in to the deeper tissues and also can be used after major surgical work. Results of wounds to nerves with powerful tenderness and small-mindedness of cold bathing. Traumatism of the pelvic, communicate the condition needed this remedy. Ill effects of masturbation in male and female. Dr Burnett says "It is a charitable remedy for aged manual worker, especially for gardeners. Excellent remedy for sprains and bump. Patient complaints from cold foods and drinks when the body is excited and in fondness of cold winds. Weakness of limbs after gout.

Skin Symptoms. Exudations and inflammation. Boils skin. Venous blocking due to involuntary reasons. Ecchymosis, enlargement and very sensitive to touch. Varicose veins with injured sore feeling.  

Female Symptoms. Uterus feels sore, as if compress. Breasts and uterus inflamed. Varicose veins during pregnancy. Yellow and painless diarrhea, bad odor, worse at night. Inability to walk during pregnancy.

Abdomen Symptoms. Stitches feels spleen, sore and distended. Stuffed and muffled in intestines. Tenderness of abdominal and uterus walls.

Head Symptoms. Forehead feels slender. Aching discomfort. Burning around scalp and on the back which worse from hot bath and lying on hot bed. Dizziness in aged people. Headache goes from occiput towards top of the head

Sleep Symptoms. Patient of this remedy wakes early in morning and can’t go to sleep thereafter.

Extremities. Pain goes down frontal thighs. Sprains with great pain. Joints painful, muscular pain exists. Itching on flexor surfaces of thighs back. Wrist feels thin. Patient feels elastic band around joint.

Relationship. Compare with:- Bryonia, Arsenicum Album, Arnica and Staphsagrya .

Modalities. Sympoms worsen before storms, from cold bathing and cold wind, on left side and warmth of bed.

Dosage. Mother Tincture (Q), 30th or high potency.
