Guiding Symptoms.     White covering at base of the tongue, and expectoration of thick and white phlegm which is the marking symptom for use of this remedy. This remedy has a broad scientific use through its beginning by Homeopathic Dr Schuessler. It surely has high effect in catarrhal warmth, in stirring situation and glandular inflammation.

Mouth Symptoms.  Covering of tongue gray and white and slippery. White color sore in mouth. Jaw and neck glands distended.

Female Symptoms. Nausea and vomiting with white phlegm. Menses delay and covered up. Too much discharge,  black tar like blood. Clusters in breast feel fairly squashy. Milk like white mucus, thick and  tasteless leucorrhea.

Stomach Symptoms. Pain in the stomach accompanied with constipation. Greasy or rich food causes dyspepsia. Appetite go away by drinking only water. Vomiting of white and thick mucus and water assembles in the mouth.

Ears Symptoms. Ear glands distended. Unremitting condition of centre of the ear.  Huge effusion about the auricle. Shattering and noise in the ear. 

Nose Symptoms. Burial chamber of pharynx enclosed with supporter outer layer.

Skin Symptoms. Dehydrated and dryness on the skin (compare with Arsenic in this condition). Spots and eczema with vesicles including thick and white filling.

Respiratory Symptoms. Thunderous and noisy stomach cough. Cough dumpy, sharp and intermittent just like whooping cough. Clattering sounds of air passing through wide, stubborn mucus in the bronchi. Asthma with gastric derangements. Mucus white and tough to cough up.

Relationship. 
Compare with:- Bryonia, Merc sal, Belladonna and Sulphur.

Dosage. 30C, 200C and 1M potencies. It may also locally be applied in blazing skin complaints.

    I have been suffering from (HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS) disease for the past one years and had constant pain, especially in my knees.
