Guiding Symptoms.     Patient suffer from chronic gout. It works well in the initial phases of acute cases. Periodicity of symptoms has a great importance in this remedy. Patient very susceptible to plan. Weakness due to loss of essential fluids. Gas pains after operation having no relief from discharging it.

           

Mind Symptoms. More thoughts jumble up in mind due to which patient can’t sleep well. Starts crying suddenly with no reason. Thinks that people will harm him. Uninterested, naughty, silent and hopeless.

Head Symptoms. Scalp sensitive and can’t combing hair well. Strong aching of head. Intermittent headache in apex, hurting pain in temples. Giddiness while walking. Face become red after blood loss or too much involvement in sexual activities. Patient feels that his brain is moving forward and bakward in the skull which resulting extreme pain (compare with Sulphuric Acid and Sulphur in this condition). Headache relieved by pressing and in humid room and worsens in fresh air, from temple to temple.

Fever Symptoms. Much sweats at night time. Temperature become down in dawn. Patient desire to drink more water during temperature. Perspiration even doing slightest physical work. Alternating and convulsive fever which come back after a week. Hay fever, eater like coryza and pain in temples.

               

Eyes Symptoms. Eyeballs twisted. Yellow colored sclerotica. Black small pieces, vivid dazzling delusion and night blindness in weak retina. Blue colored rings around eyes. Photophobia complaints. Irregular ciliary neuralgia. Eyelids feel heavy.

Skin Symptoms. Anasarca (compare with Apis and Arsenic in this condition). Skin become cold, much sweat. One hand of the patient remains cold while the other one hot. High sensitiveness to touch. It can also be used in dermatitis and erysipelas.

Nose Symptoms. Coryza, sneezing and thin and clear liberation from nose. Easily bleeding from nose, especially on rising. Checked catarrh. Violent dry sneezing. Cold sweat about nose.

Sleep Symptoms. Nervous and dreadful nightmares with puzzled awareness on waking up, terror of the dream remains even after awaking. Restlessness or steady dizziness. Patient wakes up early in the morning. Prolonged insomnia. Tiredness and snoring in children.

Mouth Symptoms. Tongue covered thick and unclean. Tip of the tongue blazes. Taste of mouth sour. Toothache which relieves by pressing teeth tightly mutually. Taste of foods feels more salty.

Stomach Symptoms. Stomach feels heavy after eating. Bad effects of drinking more tea. Dashing pain moving diagonally in hypogastric are of abdomen. Vomiting of food. Can’t digest milk. Weak digestion. Starving and patient wants to eat something. Severe hiccough. Flatulence worsens from eating fruits.

Male Symptoms. Orchitis patient. Recurrent discharge due to which patient become weak.

           

Female Symptoms. Pelvis feels heavy and painful. Dark colored coagulate and abdominal distention in menses. Plentiful menses with lot of hurt. Extreme desire for sex. Menses come sooner. Blood comes in  leucorrhea.

Abdomen Symptoms. Jaundice like symptoms. Liver and spleen distended and inflamed. Pain in right hypochondrium region. Colic due to mass / stone in gallbladder. Extreme flatulent colic which is relieved by bending. Interior chilliness of stomach and abdomen.

Heart Symptoms. Patients feels that inhalation will stopped, anemia and dropsy. Unbalanced with feeble quick pulse pursue by powerful heart beats.

Stool Symptoms. Patient feels weak after stool. Difficult stool. Undigested, foam like, pale colored stool. Stool symptoms aggravate at night time, after eating food and fruit, drinking milk or wine.

Respiratory Symptoms. Difficult and sluggish inhalation. Flu, with weakness. Shocking in chest, brutal cutting cough after eating. Patient can’t inhale well while head is in low position. Bleeding from lungs. Dyspnea, tearing pain in left lung. Asthma aggravates in moist climate.

Extremities Symptoms. Patient feels that there is a thread around his arms and legs. Joints become inflamed and susceptible. Limbs and joints feels sprained which worsen with a little stroke and relieved by pressing hard. Tiredness of joints which worsens in morning. Weakness, shaking and numbness. Dislike to work out

Modalities. Symptoms aggravate by least touch, alternate day, loss of vital fluids after eating and bending over. Relieved by bending double, hard pressing and in fresh air.

Relationship.

i.              Antidoted by:- Nux vomica, Ipecac, Arnica and Arsenic

ii.            Compare with:- Natrum Sulph and Arsenic

iii.           Complementary medicines:- Calcarea Phos and Ferrum Phos.

Dosage. Mother Tincture (Q) or up to 1M potency.
