Guiding Symptoms.    Rheumatoid fever in summer season. All the symptoms worsen before thunderstorm which is a marking symptom of this remedy. Aching and gouty indications also need this drug.

Mind Symptoms. Patient complaints of forgetfulness. Terror of a thunderstorm predominantly frightened of rumble.

Head Symptoms. Pain appears in eyes prior to thunderstorm. Scratching pain in skeleton. Throbbing in temple. High temperature in eyes while gazing anything. Headache which worsens from use of wine, storm, cold and humid climate.

Chest Symptoms. Patient out of breath and speechless due to aggressive pleuritic pains rushes down the frontal side of chest. Crampy pain under the small ribs. Stitches feels in spleen due to quick walking.

Face Symptoms. Toothache in moist climate and before thunderstorm. Base of teeth come untied. Prosopalgia and violent pulling pain connecting dental anxiety from temple to inferior jaw which go better from heat and eating something.

               

Ears Symptoms. Audible range better at sunrise, clatters come on after few hours of awake. Complicated hearing along with rushing and buzzing in the ears.

Male Symptoms. Orchitis and glands suffer compressed. Induration and inflammation of testes after gonorrhea. Testicles inflamed and aching. 

Extremities. Pain in shoulders and upper limbs which worsens while lying. Hardness of neck. Gouty tenderness of toe joint. Pains in bones come back by change of climate. Patient sleeps crossed legs. Rigid scratching in appendages chiefly right side which worsens from rest and in violent climate. 

Modalities. Symptoms worsen before thunderstorm. All the indications recur in bad weather, during night and in the morning. Betters  after the storm smash, heat, and from eating anything.

Relationship. Compare with:- Rhus tox, Natrum Sulph and Dulcamara

Dosage. 30c and 3x.
