General Symptoms.    Bryonia affects particularly the establishment of a vigorous, solid fiber and dark skin texture, with propensity to neatness and bad temper. The common nature of the pain is  edging which worsens by movement and by better rest. These feature stitching pains provoked by movement. Mucous membranes dehydrated. Children have an aversion to be lifted. Complaints appropriate to extend slowly. It like better the right side , evening time, and open air. Patient is prickly and has dizziness from erecting the head, pressive headache. Dry, dried up lips and mouth, extreme thirst, bitter taste, susceptible epigastrium, and feeling of a stone in the stomach region, stools dry and hard, dry cough, rheumatic pains and bumping.

    

Mind Symptoms. Hallucination presents. Patient wants to go home, talks of business. extremely ill-tempered.

Head Symptoms. Headache remains in occiput. Dizziness, nausea, giddiness when rising, puzzlement. Tearing headache, feels that everything would pushed out,  as if hit by a hammer which worsens from movement, bending forward and opening eyes. Frontal headache, frontal sinuses implicated. Headache worse by little movement, even of eyeballs.

Nose Symptoms. Inflammation of head of the nose, seems that it would ulcerate if stroked. Recurrent bleeding of nose when menses starts also at the start of the day which relieve the headache. Coryza with shelling and throbbing in the forehead.

Female Symptoms. Menstrual abnormalities along with gastric complaints. Ovaritis presents. Breasts hot, throbbing and hard. Menses too early and abundant which worse by activity with shocking discharge or opening headache. Stitching pains in ovaries on taking a deep motivation. Menstrual pain with high abdominal and pelvic discomfort (compare with 
Hamamalis in this condition). Tearing pains in right ovary which extends towards the thigh. Pain in breasts during periods. Frequent hemorrhage of nose at start of menses.

Throat Symptoms. Dangerous mucus in larynx and trachea, slackened after much hawking and worsens in warm room. Aridness and fastening on consuming, worn out and slender (compare with Belladonna in this condition).

Mouth Symptoms. Lips distended, dry, black and fractured. Parchedness of mouth, tongue and throat with extreme thirst. Blazing in lower lip in old smokers. Tongue covered yellowish, dark brown.

Fever Symptoms. Pulse full, hard, tense, and quick. Chill with external coldness, dry cough, stitches. Internal heat. Sour sweat after slight exertion. Easy, profuse perspiration. Rheumatic and typhoid marked by gastrohepatic complications.

Respiratory Symptoms. Dry and hacking cough from annoyance in upper trachea. Angina pectoris presents. Cough, dry, at night worsens after drinking, with vomiting, and expectoration of corrosion colored sputa. Recurrent desire for long breath. Tenderness in larynx and trachea. Hard and fast respiration caused by stitches in chest. Bursting at the seams beneath the sternum expanding to the right shoulder. Cough with chest tearing feeling. Presses his head on chest and hold up chest. Expectoration element darkness, tough, and falls like swelling of jelly. Harshness which worse in open. Tough mucus in trachea, relaxed with much hawking. Cough aggreavate in warm room (compare with Natrum Carb in this condition).  

Stool Symptoms. Brown stools, bloody which worse in morning and from moving, in hot weather, from cold drinks. Constipation, stools hard, dry, seem too large.

Stomach Symptoms. Stomach perceptive to touch. Thirst for big outline. Vomiting and dizziness when rising up. Abnormal appetite, loss of taste. Vomiting of bile and water at once after eating. Worse from warm drinks. Sensitiveness of epigastrium. Heaviness in stomach after eating, as of a stone. Tenderness in stomach when coughing. Dyspeptic complaints during summer high temperature.

Relationship:-

i.                 Complementary Medicine:- Rhustox.

ii.                Antidoted by:-  Chamomilla, Nuxvomica and Aconite.

iii.              Compare with:- Kali Mur.

Dosage. Start from 30 potency and go higher if needed.
