Guiding Symptoms.     This remedy causes local obstruction with no warmth. Veins inflated and skin become blue. Stitch lasting even after pleurisy disease. Easily stressed from exciting. Patient is like to be particularly modified to scrofulous and venous structure along with weak circulation of blood. Female feels weak during breast feeding period. Ulceration and corrosion. All discharges are odious.

           

Mind Symptoms. Nervousness during night. Patient wants to be lonely, depressing and thoughtful and keep away from talking or being talked to.

                                             

Female Symptoms. Rushing and painful indurations in breast particularly the right one. Horrible lochia (compare with Rhus tox in this condition). Menses early, recurrent after which high exhaustion feels, flow only at sunrise (compare with Sepia and Borax in this condition). Vomiting during pregnancy which worsens at night time. Uterine cancer, blazing pain under the thighs. Flaming in vagina and labia (both majora and minora).

Head Symptoms. Cheeks and lips become blue color. Nose distended, small tumor on tip of the nose. Severe headache. Patient feels that his head will blast. Sprint of blood towards head. Patient feels that there is something above the eyes so he can’t look up. Unsteadiness after nose bleed.

           

Skin Symptoms. Soft sore, copper color explosion. Chilblains which worsens during sunset, in bed and from coolness. Verruca on hands and face of aged people. Blazing, roughness and cracks. Glands indurated, distended, tender in neck and breasts, cutting and burning pain (compare with Conium in this condition).

Stomach Symptoms. Feeble digestive system. Ptomaine venomous. Patient become tired while eating. Frail and unfilled sensation in stomach. Blazing and griping. Bitter water come into mouth. Too much flatulence. Dislike to plumpy food.

Extremities. Staining easily. Ankles twist simply. Hurt in coccyx and it glows from touching. Copious sweats at night. Joints become feeble. Tenderness in hip joints during night time.

Modalities. Symptoms worsen after shaving and flow of fluids.

Relationship.

i.              Complementary medicines:- Calcarea Phos.

ii.            Antidoted by:- Nux vomica and Arsenic.

iii.           Compare with:- Sulphur and Sepia.   

Dosage. 30C Potency is sufficient.
