Guiding Symptoms.     It is one of the best polychrest remedies of the Materia Medica. This remedy acts well in patients of shabby digestion, found of tea with more flatulence. It also give better results in gallstone pain. Can be used for many kinds of pain, particularly cruel painful affection of abdominal and pelvic internal organs.

Mind Symptoms. Patient forgets name of persons and things while talking.

Head Symptoms. Bustling feels in head. Monotonous pain in temples area which better from pressing.

Heart Symptoms. Flatulence and pain in upper body and stiffness all over the body. Angina pectoris pain goes from sternum into arms, difficult inhalation, weak action of heart.

Stomach Symptoms. Tumbling at the hollow of the stomach. Producing of large amount of odious gas. Tearing pain in epigastrium region which is calmed by standing upright. Mouth of the patient dehydrated and sour in morning, tongue covered and having no thirst.  Pain in sternum, goes into arms. Eructations of tart and pungent wind, with hiccough.
         

            
Male Symptoms. Pains rushed from kidneys into testicles.  Chilliness of sex organs. discharge while sleeping or from sexual thinking. Smelling bad sweat on scrotum and pubes.

Female Symptoms. Dramatic thoughts. Uterine colic and pains emit from uterus.

Abdomen Symptoms. Pains abruptly shift to various parts, appear in isolated limbs, like fingers and toes. Sudden need for stool. Hurtful pain in hypo-gastric area with irregular critical pain in stomach and small intestines. Colic which betters by walk. Pains emit from abdomen to back side and arms which worsens from bending ahead. Renal pain. Pointed pains rushed from liver toward right nipple. Pain goes from gallbladder to back and arms.

Extremities. Hurting and rigidity in joints. contraction in flexors of finger and toes. In sciatica pains goes towards thighs which worse in right side and better when entirely at rest. Lameness in backside worsens from bending over.


Modalities. Worse in evening time and at night, from lying down and running. Better from footing upright, in open air and by applying pressure.

Relationship.
     i.     Compare with:- Nuxvomica, Chamomilla, Colocynth, and Bryonia
    ii.     Antidoted by:- Chamomilla

Dosage. Mother tincture (Q) and 30 or 200C.

    I have been suffering from (HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS) disease for the past one years and had constant pain, especially in my knees.
