Guiding Symptoms:-

    This remedy has great effect on urinary system. Renal pain exists due to venereal infection. Outbreak after hot season and after injection.

Mind Symptoms:- 

Patient downhearted, susceptible, has serious and calm nature.

Mouth Symptoms:- 

 Tongue coated white, salivation, patient feels metal like taste in mouth and has rotten breath.

Head Symptoms:- 

           

Explosion on face and lips. Sadness due to pain. Shelling like pain from right temporal. Talking resound in ears. Periosteal pain due to venereal virus.  Commencement of crusta lactea in face. Pain move to and fro from occiput to eyes. Wet explosion on scalp.

Urine Symptoms:-  

Pain extends downward from right kidney. Little, oily, dirty, blood-spattered like urine. Urine leaking while sitting. Bladder inflated and warm. Child cry during urinate. Renal pains in babies.  Tenesmus of bladder, urine goes in narrow and meager pour out. Harsh pain at termination of urine.

Abdomen Symptoms:-  

Excessive flatus, cholera presents in children. Reverberating and confusion. Pain in abdomen and lumbago. 

          

Skin Symptoms:- 

Skin complaints due to open air. Burning in spring season. Skin rigid, shrunken, dried-up, dry and flabby. Skin splintered on hands and feet. Herpetic rash soreness.

Male Symptoms:-  

Burning on scrotum and perineum. Blood-spattered like seminal discharge. Unbearable disgusting odor in sex organs. Syphilis, flare-up and pain in bones. Herpetic rash in sex organs.

Female Symptoms:-   

Menses late and scanty. Nipples small, withered, retracted. Before menstruation, itching and humid eruption of forehead. Moist eruption in right groin before menses.

Extremities:- 

Joints and bones pain which worsen during night. Profound itching on fingers and toes and burning sensation under nails. Tearing pains in joints. Treacherous of hands and feet. Stiffing pains due to gonorrhea. Blazing of fingers and toes. Soreness approximately in the ends of fingers (compare with Psorinum in this condition). Wounding feeling under nails (compare with Petrolium in this condition).

Modalities. 

Worse from humidity during night and after urine, in spring season, also worsens before menstruation in females.

Relationship. 

i.                 Complementary Remedies:-  Sepia, Mercury and Sepia.

ii.                Compare with:-  Natrum mur, Lycopodium, Petrolium and Berberis

iii.              Antidoted by:- Belladonna

     

Dosage. 30C and higher potencies.
