  Guiding Symptoms.     One of the most significant uterine tonics. Affinity to abortion. This remedy acts particularly on portal system. Stasis and ptosis of internal organs and exhaustion and sadness. Weakness, yellow facial appearance, bearing-down impression especially in females. Pain expands down to backward. Hot flares during menopause and weakness. Patient feels that there is a ball inside the body. Tubercular patients with unceasing hepatic difficulty and uterine responses. Patient feels cold  in hot room. Animated headache in cerebellum area of brain. Pains move upwards. This remedy acts best on brunettes.

Mind Symptoms. Fear to be alone. Sad nature. Patient moans while telling symptoms. Nervous in evening time. Uncaring to loved ones. Unwilling to profession. Bad-tempered and easily insulted.

Head Symptoms. Pulling head to and fro. Chilliness of highest point of the head. Dizziness with feeling of something rolling round in head. Prodromal indication of apoplexy. Roots of hair susceptible. Hurtful pain which moves in outward and upward direction with vomiting, nausea worsens inside and when lying on painful side. Pimples on temple near hair. Headache in awful distress during menstrual period. Release fontanelles.

Fever Symptoms. Trembling with desire of water which worsens in the evening. Recurrent blush of warmth, sweat from little movement. Common lack of heat of body. Feet feels cold and wet.

             

Rectum Conditions. Babies diarrhea which worsens from milk and fast tiredness. Dark brown, round balls stick together with mucus. Bleeding in stool and completeness of rectum. Constipation, large, hard stools, patient feels that there is a ball in rectum, pains moves upward. Pains rushed in rectum and vagina of females. Prolapsus anus (compare with Podophylum in this condition). Regular discharge from anus.  

Heart Symptoms. Quivering sensation with blush. Brutal and irregular tremble. Thrashing in blood vessels.

Urine Symptoms. Persistent inflammation due to cyst and bearing-down sensation above pubis. Red, bonding agent and sand present in urine. Uncontrolled urine while sleeping.

           

Nose Symptoms. Constant nasal catarrh particularly postnasal, dipping of weighty ejections must be hawked through the orifice. Solid and greenish release, thick bung and coating. Atrophic catarrh and greenish outside from frontal nose and pain at origin of nose.

Stomach Symptoms. Tastes salty (compare with China and Carbo veg in this condition). Desire for vinegar, acids, and marinate. Sensation of goneness not pleased by eating (compare with Carbo Animalis in this condition). Vomiting from stench or seeing food.  Acid indigestion with distended stomach, sour eructation. Dislike overweight. Morning sickness before eating. Temperament to vomit after eating. aflame in cavity of stomach which worsens after drinking boiled milk. queasiness worse lying on side.

Male Symptoms. Gleets release from urethra during night, without any pain. Sex organs frozen. Unpleasant perspiration. Condylomata enclosed glance penis.

Female Symptoms.  Yellow and greenish leucorrhea with burning. Bearing-down feeling that innarts would run off via vulva (compare with Natrum Carb, Belladonna and Podophylum in this condition). Patient sits cross legs to prevent projection, or press beside vulva. Menses delay and meager, unbalanced, sharp and grabbing pains. Pelvic organs calm. Vagina is painful. Destructive stitches in upward direction in the vagina from uterus to umbilical region. 

Skin Symptoms.  Chloasma herpetic outbreak on oral cavity. Lentigo in young girls. Ringworm-like explosion in spring season. Ichthyosis with unpleasant odor from skin. Urticaria while in open air which betters in warm room. Itching which not relieved by scraping and worsens in curves of elbows and knees. Hyperidrosis and bromidrosis. Sweat on feet and unbearable odor.

Modalities. 

i.       Worsens in dawn and evening time and from dampness, left side, washing and laundry work, cold air and before cloudburst. 

ii.      Better by warmth of bed, hot applications, pressure, exercise and after sleep.

Relationship. 

i.                 Complementary medicines:- Phosphorus, Nuxvomica and Natrum mur.

ii.                Compare with:- Sulphur and Silicon.

Dosage. 30C and 200C Potencies are recommended.
